We are a fully distributed team of 15 people who started with a mobile application (Tacter TFT) as a proof of concept in 2020 and 1.5M downloads later we expanded the product to a whole website platform in 2022: [**tacter.com](<http://tacter.com>)**

ℹ️ About the position

<aside> 🎯 As a **Community & Product Advocate**, you will help us to generate success cases among our existing and new users.

This will imply, create, and maintain a direct relationship with our existing users, understand their context, and think about ways they can use Tacter to solve their problems. Also, help us scout the market to find new potential customers and ways of reaching them.

👀 Your day-to-day could look like this:

• Maintain active conversations via Discord with our existing and new users.
• Scout, Filter, and Select promising Gaming Content Creators from platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, etc.
• Analyze the different success cases and content strategies of our users and potential customers, propose improvements, and convince them to try them out.

🗺️ Our way of working is:

• **Slack**, **Discord**, and **email** are used for asynchronous communication.
• **Notion** for day-to-day management and knowledge organization.
• A bunch of other services like Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Amplitude, Brevo, that you can learn.

📝 How will you work:
