<aside> 💡 A Smite 2 Game Lead is a person whose main focus is to raise awareness of Tacter within the community and build strong bonds between all the relevant communities on different platforms.

What characteristics does a Smite 2 Lead have?

• He is an active member of the Smite community.
• He is someone who is already adding value to Smite by:
  • Being a mod on an official server.
  • Being a well-known figure.
  • Having the approval of Hi-Rez.
  • Creating content.
  • Expertise in the game.
  • Has experience in Smite competitive scene.
• He is at least 18 years old.
• He is willing to play Smite 2.
• He has access to the Founder Pack.
• He has already played Smite 2.
• He has good English skills.

What do we want from him?

• He will join all relevant communities for Smite 2.
• He will help and assist people to establish strong bonds between Tacter and Smite 2.
• He will act as a true representative of Tacter (Discord bio/social media bios).
• ⭐ He will proactively engage in all Smite 2 content on Tacter and look for ways to foster user interaction by:
  • Answering comments.
  • Creating posts.
  • Commenting on posts.
  • Liking comments, guides, and posts.
  • Writing some guides or articles.
  • Connecting users or creators.
• He will lead the Smite 2 Tacter x Discord initiative by
  • Bringing in creators and Smite 2 enthusiasts.
  • Connecting creators.
  • Providing feedback to creators.
  • Motivating them to create more.
  • Welcoming users.
• Reports → Communicate with the game manager (Santi for Smite 2) to share any relevant information about the game. The idea is to have a continuous flow of understanding on what’s next on the trends of the game to prepare the creators in advance, and prepare campaigns aligned with that.
  • Trends: New sets, God, patches, big events. Whatever we can take advantage of to build community.
  • Content: What kind of content is outlying, content that is dying (not working).
  • Content Creators: If you find a content creator who fits in Tacter, you will try to make him create content on Tacter or share the contact with the Game manager for him to try to bring him.
